To Market, to Market
Greetings, farm friends!
We spent this week battening down the hatches in advance of the anticipated cold happening over Thanksgiving weekend. We’ve stretched hundreds of feet of row cover over our beds, filled and set out countless rock bags, cleared the last of this year’s crops from our high tunnels, and really tidied up the farm. Things are looking good around here!
Items remaining on our to-do list for the season include wreath making, planting out all of our ranunculus corms, cutting back some of our woody perennials, and planting narcisscus!
We’re back at the JFX Market this weekend, November 19th, for our last Sunday market of the year! We’re looking forward to seeing you and sharing our winter wreaths, dried flowers, persimmons, and Two Boots merch!
It looks like we’re in for a beautiful, crisp day. Swing by the market and stock up on everything you need for your holiday tables.
Wreath pre-orders have closed, but we’ll be bringing a nice selection of wreaths to the JFX market this weekend, and then to the Station North Holiday Market in December.
Interested in participating in a wreath workshop? Join us on the farm on December 9th!
Thanks for reading! Enjoy your weekend and the holiday next week.
Take care,
amelia and the rest of the Two Boots Crew
